  1. Great, edifying podcast once again, Mike. Loved the Jack Canfield story! What a wonderful illustration of not allowing someone else to steal your dreams. I love that his dad left the decision up to him, for as you are well aware we cannot believe FOR someone else, only WITH them. Mr. Canfield learned a very valuable lesson from his father, and his story reminded me that, as a parent, it is vitally important for me to continually encourage my children in their dreams.

I used to dream a lot as a young girl, but was one of those “big girls and boys” you mentioned who accepted the harsh reality of life and stopped dreaming. Only recently have I seen a way for my dreams to come to pass, and dared to begin dreaming again…and it feels wonderful! Thank you for the story of George Dawson, the gentleman who had his book published at the age of 101. That one brought tears to my eyes.

Keeping my dreams alive, trusting God for His help in bringing them to pass!

    God bless you
