<p>Now from the title of this podcast, please don&#8217;t get the wrong idea &#8211; this is not a new diet!  It&#8217;s actually a little story a close friend of mine sent me the other day.  Thanks Joan!</p>
<p>It&#8217;s kind of a silly little story in one way, but then again, on the other hand it makes a great point.  It&#8217;s all about facing adversity when times get tough.  Are you a carrot, an egg, or a cup of coffee?</p>
<p>Oh, and, forgive me, but because of the weather we are having, I couldn&#8217;t resist a quick weather update at the beginning!</p>
