Knowing something is nice, but it does you good unless you put it into practice.  This past weekend I was thinking about something I have known for a  long time.  But my putting into practice had become pretty fuzzy.

Kathy and I talked about it on Sunday.  Since then, I have regrouped and I am now putting it into practice.  In this short podcast (5:59) I’ll show you how simple it is, and how it can have a huge impact on your life.
