HE IS RISEN!

God Raised Jesus Christ From The Dead!

Even as a stunned world tries to cope with social distancing during this crisis, the words of the angel at the tomb over two thousand years ago still ring loud and clear: “He Is Risen!”

And on that glorious day, the angel rolled away the stone, not so Jesus could get out, but so others could look in.  “He Is Risen!”

Before he died, Jesus cried out, “It Is Finished!”  After three days and three nights, God Almighty raised him from the dead. “He Is Risen!”  Today, believers around the world joyfully remember and celebrate the foundation of Christianity: the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God!

Below, are two music videos, followed by a  short YouTube video of mine, and a couple of short 7 minute podcasts, I posted a number of years ago.

Rejoice! He Is Risen! And, He Is Coming Back!

How Brutal Was It?   (Video)
A short video with three different versions of Isaiah 52:14, a verse that graphically prophesied the results of the extreme physical punishment the Messiah would endure for all of mankind.

The Women Found Out First
A short 7 minute podcast about a very unique, and mostly overlooked point concerning the resurrection of Jesus Christ, that few notice or mention.

3 Words   (Podcast)
A short podcast (under 7 minutes) about 3 words spoken on two different occasions.

Rejoice! He Is Risen! And, He Is Coming Back!

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Posting It Again

I posted this song, Oh My Soul, from Casting Crowns, a couple of years ago.  In light of the article I shared a few weeks ago, The Delivering Power of God, this song is especially encouraging when going through a tough time.  I do hope both the article and this song encourages you!

The lyrics are on the video.

NOT YOUR OWN ABILITY

In Me by Casting Crowns

I posted this video before, and it’s well worth posting again.

It’s called, In Me, from the group, Casting Crowns, from their album, Lifesong.

It’s not by our own ability, but but the ability of Christ in you!

Enjoy! Share it if you like it!

HERE’S MY HEART

Video From Casting Crowns

There are a lot of songs by Casting Crowns I find inspiring.  The video below is a live performance of the song, Here’s My Heart.  If it inspires you too, share it with someone else.

HE IS THE GOD OF ALL MY DAYS

This Song Is So Inpiring

I’ve posted this song before, but it is so inspiring – The God of All My Days.  With the release of my new eBook about getting older coming soon, this song says a lot! (The lyrics are printed below the video)

There’s a great line in this song: “My seasons change, You stay the same.”

The song is by Casting Crowns.

I came to You with my heart in pieces
And found the God with healing in His hands
I turned to You, put everything behind me
And found the God who makes all things new
I looked to You, drowning in my questions
And found the God who holds all wisdom
And I trusted You and stepped out on the ocean
You caught my hand among the waves
‘Cause You’re the God of all my days

Each step I take
You make a way
And I will give You all my praise
My seasons change, You stay the same
You’re the God of all my days

I ran from You, I wandered in the shadows
And found a God who relentlessly pursues
I hid from You, haunted by my failure
And found the God whose grace still covers me
I fell on You when I was at my weakest
And found the God, the lifter of my head
And I’ve worshiped You
And felt You right beside me
You’re the reason that I sing
‘Cause You’re the God of all my days

Each step I take
You make a way
And I will give You all my praise
My seasons change, You stay the same
You’re the God of all my days

In my worry, God You are my stillness
In my searching, God You are my answers
In my blindness, God You are my vision
In my bondage, God You are my freedom
In my weakness, God You are my power
You’re the reason that I sing
‘Cause You’re the God of all my days

Each step I take
You make a way
And I will give You all my praise
My seasons change, You stay the same
You’re the God of all my days

In my blindness, God You are my vision
In my bondage, God You are my freedom
All my days

GOD OF ALL MY DAYS

Great Song By Casting Crowns

I heard this song recently.

It’s very encouraging and inspiring.  My favorite line in the chorus is, “My seasons change; You stay the same.”

THE WELL -REPLAY

Posting It Again

Maybe it’s from years of playing songs over and over on the radio.

Or, maybe it’s just a really cool song. I’ve played it a couple of times when visiting The Phoenix Rescue Mission.

I posted it here a year ago, and so, here it is again. Sometimes you just gotta leave it all behind. This is from the group, Casting Crowns, called, The Well.

It’s from their album,  Come To The Well.

I think it’s inspiriting – what do you think?  If you like it, share it!
