Alan Jackson first performed this song, November 7, 2001, barely two months after 9/11, at the CMA Awards. Ten years later, he talked about how he came to write the song.
For me, it’s just as inspiring today as it was 14 years ago. Is it for you too
Hi Mike !!
Yes that song by Alan Jackson still means as much to me today if not more !
It reminds me of whatever happens should it be on the negative side or should I say negative situations to still stand; to continue to stay staked for our Father, Almighty God and our brother Jesus Christ !
You’re the BEST Mike !!!
Love you !! Carol
Carol,

There was a delay in the email sent to subscribers that’s why you’re just getting it today.
God bless you.
Aloha Mike. Thank you for your sharings which are very uplifting. This song about the terrible event of Septeber 11 captures the sadness; yet the heart of Americans who rose up in prayer on that day. Our ladies had planned a Women’s Advance at a seaside hotel that week. We decided to keep our planned event; which was filled with prayers, teachings, and healing. We have a New Years Advance this year and I was wondering if you had books or tapes that we could purchase for the event. Could you let me know? Thank you again. God bless you in Christ.
Aloha Judy!
Thanks for leaving a comment – that must have been quite a time during your Women’s Advance.
Wishing you all His best on your upcoming New Year’s Advance.
I’ll send you info in an email about books and CD’s.
Love and prayers to you and Dennis!
