Mike, todays message was really good, and I can see the need to be aware and listen to my self talk. We can’t go through life and not know what we are saying. Thanks…Rosie

Thanks for the comment. Good point, we need to pay attention to what we are saying to ourselves about ourselves – sometimes we are not even aware of what we are saying.
As for the “beard,” thanks for the “vote.” And, you got half the spelling correct: it’s goatee and mustache.
