Unplugged

Issues with my home internet service left me unplugged from the internet for a little over a week. I often wonder what we all did before the internet? No email, no Googling, no Facebook, etc.

This past Sunday I was finally able to post a new article.

Actually, my biggest disappointment was not being able to use the Bible app on my phone. Ever since I got a smart phone for the first time recently, I’ve enjoyed reading the Bible in the morning from the app. But last week, no internet meant no Wifi, which meant no Bible app.

After dispatching a tech to my home four different times, they found the tiny problem somewhere in the neighborhood and fixed it. At least for now. I am connected once again to the internet, Wifi, and my Bible app.

I would say the Bible app is my favorite app, only because I am such a big Bible fan. My second favorite app is a really cool app. In fact, it is very new, and more and more people are getting excited about it every day. Find out more about it in “Mike’s Stuff.”

So whether you access this site from an email, RSS feed, or somehow just found this site on the net, I’m glad the technology is such that I can continue to post things that will be inspiring, encouraging, and helpful.
